Horizontal machining center with a capacity 23.5” X 24”Y 26”Z with a Fanuc 18I control. This machine has a high-speed 15,000 RPM /18.5 HP AC motor-driven spindles for high velocity metal removal. In addition, the 2362 IPM rapids and cutting allow for very efficient machining. This horizontal also offers (2) lightning-quick 6 second pallet rotation with a standard full 4th axis rotary table. High pressure coolant at 1000 PSI plus coolant through for deep drilling difficult materials with incredible speed . The 120-tool magazine and 1.2 sec. tool change time gives us great flexibility for tool options and versatility.
